Indicative estimate based on public prices noted on 22 October 2026 (Zoom Workplace Pro around €13 per user per month, AI note-taking tools from $10 to $19 per seat). Prices change: check them with each vendor.
Good to know before you choose
- A recorded session hour is an hour of video call that the bot records, after the dead time at the start and end is removed. Hours reset to zero every month and do not carry over.
- Beyond your quota, recording stops (the video call continues). You can buy a 10-hour pack for €35 excl. VAT, valid for 12 months. Overage billed by the hour (€3.90 excl. VAT) is available on request.
- You can change plan or cancel from your space. If you cancel your subscription, your space falls back to the Free plan and your replays stay exportable.
- The subscription cannot be funded by an OPCO (a French sector-based training funding body), but the replay and proof of attendance help secure your funding.
