Qualiopi
Keep evidence of your remote sessions
Qualiopi is the French national quality certification for training providers, so this page is for providers working in France. For distance training, ReplayConnect keeps the replay, an AI summary and teaching follow-up scores for every session. They are evidence you can show your auditor. They do not replace your quality system.

What evidence should you keep for a remote training session?
For a video session, ReplayConnect keeps three items: a dated replay (the session took place), an AI summary that you review (the content delivered) and follow-up scores out of 5 per teaching criterion (the follow-up of the session). They document your practices for indicators 10 (implementation and monitoring) and 11 (assessment of whether objectives are met), but replace neither the attendance sheet nor the assessment of what learners have learned. The national quality framework does not require recording sessions: that is your choice, to confirm with your certification body.
What is Qualiopi?
Qualiopi is the quality certification of training providers, awarded on the basis of the national quality framework. ReplayConnect is not Qualiopi certified and does not certify anyone: it is a tool that produces evidence.
What each item shows, and what it does not show
Here is what ReplayConnect produces for each session, and what each item does not prove. Keep that distinction in mind when you prepare your audit.
| What you want to show | What ReplayConnect keeps | What it does not prove |
|---|---|---|
| The session took place | A dated video replay of the session, attached to your space. | It does not say who attended individually. |
| The content delivered | An AI summary of the session, with the commitments and instructions it spotted. | An AI-generated summary can be wrong. Review it before adding it to your file. |
| Follow-up of the session | Scores out of 5 per teaching criterion, and an AI Qualiopi analysis in the Follow-up tab. | These scores assess the session. They do not assess what each learner has learned. |
Indicators 10 and 11: monitoring and assessment in distance learning
The national quality framework asks the provider to show how it adapts and monitors its service, then how it assesses whether objectives are met. Providers often wonder how to document this for a virtual classroom.
ReplayConnect’s Follow-up tab scores every session against teaching criteria, in half-points out of 5, and offers an AI Qualiopi analysis. You find these scores alongside the session replay. ReplayConnect does not say that the framework requires recording a session: that is your choice as a provider, to confirm with your certification body or auditor.
Attendance sheets (émargement) in distance learning
ReplayConnect is not an attendance-signing tool. Keep your current tool, for example the one in your management software, for individual learner attendance. The replay comes as a complement: it shows that the session did take place.
Preparing a Qualiopi audit for a virtual classroom
- Schedule your sessions in ReplayConnect or import them from SmartOF or Google Calendar.
- Let the bot record. The replay and the summary reach participants by email.
- Review the AI summary and correct what needs correcting before using it as evidence.
- Open the Follow-up tab to find the session scores.
- Gather these items with your attendance sheets and assessments, following your quality system.
What ReplayConnect does not do
- It does not certify you and does not guarantee your organization’s compliance.
- It does not replace attendance sheets or the assessment of what learners have learned.
- It does not keep the full transcript: it is erased about one hour after the session starts.
